Yoga Nidra is so-called yogic sleep. It is a state where you are in the liminal place between being awaken and dreaming. It is not only nice, but also very rewarding. Regular practice positively affects the nervous system, regulates the production of stress-related hormones, manages the reactivity of the fight-flight responsible process, improves sleep and its quality *, reduces blood pressure, pain and stress related to menstruation * and much, much more.
The essence of Yoga Nidra session with me is a deep relaxation, stress reduction and resumption of your nervous system elasticity. I use restorative yoga (positions) and yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation process). As a result, you get peace, unconditional being-in-the-world experience and rest.

The session can be performed in the local, or online. If it is the online option you choose, you will have access to a recorded audio file which you can then listen to if necessary.
